Rcd. the rules for CAR & TEL from Paul Orbanes, together with some rough
equipment and a picture of the board. Looked thru it but it was much too
complicated to get in a hurry. Decided not to include it.

The latest issue of STRATEGY & TACTICS came.

The first quarter check came from 3M.
