Met with Felicia and Alice at their house. Looked at a game
called SHOW BUSINESS. It was a MONOPOLY imitation played with dice-
(get an extra throw for landing on another player, not for throwing
a double). When land on a "play" can option it if wish to. Pay a
specific amount for the option. Then collect a specific amount
of "angel" money. After an out of town tour (where you win or lose
money by drawing "chance" type cards) Spin a "hit-flop" spinner.
If a hit keep all the "angel" money. If a flop keep half. When
a player lands on another's play he arranges a "theater party"
at a specific fee. (Rough idea. Completely - or at least 98% luck)
Talked about what to do about some of my games. Decided to
hold up on submitting WHAT'S IT WORTH TO YOU? to 3M until we
get some word from Will Erickson about their card game line.
If that doesn't look too encouraging, we will hold it off and I'll
take it up with me to Parker with a number of others.
The games Champion has, including INFINITE PLANE & SPECTRUM,
still didn't come. Felicia called again and got a promise to
send them right away.
Told them that I had some other games at another
manufacturer, of whom I was told in confidence. Didn't go into
detail & they didn't press me.
The inventor of SHOW BUSINESS was : -
The 1st Quarter 3M check came (See 4/26)
Played FREE FORM with BB. Worked well. (See 5/5 for rules.)
