Discovered that I took Mr. Koch's hat yesterday by mistake. Called up and then brought it to him.

Looked in @ [at] Western Printing - Whitman. They didn't have FOCUS.
They have two new games CLUCK-A-GLUCK. A plastic board is placed on the floor. Cards are placed in spaces on the board. Players use a suction cup mounted on a stick to get cards in certain sets. DARK SHADOWS. Only the box was there. It mentions mazes & Intrigue (or something like that).

At Transogram saw they had a game SCORE-4 which had a picture of wood rods with pieces that fit over them. Were too busy to take care of me.

Stopped at M.B. but Mel Taft wasn't there. Couldn't get in.

Thinking of new ideas for SPATIAL RELATIONSHIPS. Have 12 cutouts in which squares, the remain- ing 13 squares are colored in 4 colors. There are also a number of base cards with all 25 squares colored. Play can be in any of the ways pre- viously noted. Scoring is based on the colors showing thru the cutouts. For over four of a color:- for first, +2 for second, +3 for 3rd, etc. (i.e. 5 -> 1pt, 6 -> 3 pts, 7 ->6 pts, etc.). For getting the same number of each showing color ->10 pots. (All the same color also scores this.) Either an odd or an even amount of all colors showing ->5 pts. Two colors with same amount ->2 pts. 3 colors with same amount ->3 pts. 4 colors with same amount -> 4 points. These various scores are all additive. Another possibility is to have a "favored" color which counts double and an "un- favored" color which loses one point for each showing (even tho it also can score + for more than 4.).

Thought of an idea for a promotional GAME. Customers get a piece of a jigsaw. When they can fit 9 of them together as shown they win. Each piece has a $ [dollar] amount on it. The player collects the highest value of the pieces used.
