At Honig's saw LONG SHOT (P.) This is a horseracing game.
There is a deck of cards, each card having the name
of one of the horses on it (are there the same number of
each horse?). 12 cards are dea;t out and
faced. The number of cards of a particular horse
faced sets the odds on that horse. If five or more
(I think it's 5) of a particular horse are faced, it is
"scratched" and out of the game. The race is run
by facing the deck 1 at a time and moving the proper horse
1 space for each card turned.
