Sunday 8 November 1964
Twenty Fourth Sunday after Trinity 313th day - 53 days to come
Speaking with Wald. He told me of another rule of EGO
HIGH. In making a switch because of having a majority
in the left hand column the major row moved up depends
on the suit. [drawn arrow pointing up or could be clubs] - Knights switch, [drawing of trapezoid] - Priests switch,
[drawing of circle] - fathers switch, [drawing of small circles in a circle] - Lovers switch.
Also he now plays RATIONAL SOLITAIRE FOR TWO starting with
a definite starting position. Will show me at next meeting.
Speaking to Claude. Has a GAME IDEA based on WHAT'S
THAT ON MY HEAD. Two play. There are 12 object cards.
Each player is dealt 4 leaving 4 out of play. Each in
turn takes a card which has two questions that the
opponent must answer about his holdings. He may ask either
question. Players try to determine opponent's holding
by information gathered from answers & also from the
questions that the other used.
Ordered 24 patents.
