CARRÉ came back from Whitman.
Rcd. an order for 6 copies of FOCUS from the Red Cross
overseas service.
Rcd. a letter from Warren Buell - nothing new on
games.
Played Phil's new game STAR (see 10/21). Played on an 8x8
board & Phil added 1 additional rule. You cannot place
a place a piece on an outside space, but may move one in.
Played two games and it worked well - the first time played.
Played ACQUIRE (new rules) and it worked well again.
Alice called. We'll get together next Wednesday (11/11) and
play games. She told me that she wrote to Bill Caruson
that I was unhappy with the rules.
