Sent letter to Roger M. Blanchard 4819 East Waverly St. Tucson, Arizona asking if I could purchase a copy of his game EGYPTIAN HIEROGLYPHS (see 10/16).

Sent FOCUS booklets to Marcelle Agate (see 10/17). Edwin Freeman (our lawyer).

With Alice met John Rocknowski. Whitman will do FOCUS. I'm to get $1000 for each 50,000 copies published up to 250,000. Then another $5,000 as a final payment. All other arrangements remain. Called Ed Freeman to ask about my contract with Gem Color. Since they went bankrupt there is no continuity. Sent letter to John in evening sending him the checkers to be removed from 4-handed game.
