SATURDAY 9 MAY

At Brentano's saw BLOCK OUT (T.A.G. - Transagram Adult Games)
A fancy production of a simple game. There are
2 dice, wooden blocks for the numbers 2 thru 12
and 4 trays with space for 5 blocks.
Game #1:- 2 to 4 can play. Players in turn can shake
the dice. They may take a block equalling the total
number or any two available numbers that add up to
the total. These are placed in order on their tray. A pc.
can be taken from an opponent's tray provided it is the
last pc. in the tray. Only one pc. can be taken from
an opponent on a turn but 2 pcs. from 2 opponents
can be taken in a turn. The first to get 5 pcs.
wins.
Game #2:- Only the pc. representing the total of the
dice can be taken but it can be taken regardless
where it is located. The first to get 3 blocks
in numerical order sequence (don't have to be in
that order on the tray) wins.
Game #2 & #3 seem to be completely chance.
At a party at the Shenker's played CHARADES using
only movie titles. This made it too easy.
