At Gimbel's saw:

  • CHALLENGE THE YANKEES - (Hasbro) Baseball game. Each player has a team of 25 cards which represent players. Their batting averages are represented by results of the throws of two dice. (Somewhat similar to ALL STAR BASEBALL). There are also sets of cards to be used once the ball is hit - 1B, 2B, etc. One of the teams contain the actual Yankee players. (Rough idea)
  • WORLD'S FAIR GAME - (M.B.) Combination card & board game. Will buy.
  • [PROBE] - (P) A word game. Couldn't see instructions under celle-phane.
