At Korvette's saw FOUR TRACK RACE GAME an automobile race game by Transogram. Just saw the box under [cellophane]. Last patent of those ordered 11/17 came. 22 patents ordered 1/14 came.

(cont. from 1/31/64) the other players except for one which is a "starter." Cards are played on the "Main Line" if correct and on the "Side Line" if incorrect. When a player thinks he knows the rule he enters his theory in the journal (long sheet of paper) and signs it and folds it over. Any player can make an entry at any time and can make more than one entry. Scoring:- Nature scores 25 points for each player guess- ing the rule unless all get it in which case he receives nothing. A player guessing the rule scores 25 points for each entry by other players after his correct entry (a player making no entry is considered to have made one for purposes of figuring this score) minus 10 points for each incorrect entry he previously made. Does a player who makes incorrect guesses only get -10 for each? Seems like he should. And one not guessing should get -10 for one wrong entry. We played it but no one guessed Helen's or Wald's rule. Wald mentioned a change in his BRIDGE WITH HIGH DECK. The "coalitions" have been eliminated. Wald slept over. After the others left we played 4-handed PYRAMIDS (with BB & Dana) using pyramids 4-high instead of 6 high. Then we played 3-handed (sans BB) also with 4-high pyramids. Both worked well. Rc'd 1 FOCUS order. Rc'd a letter from I.M. Larkey with a better description of NEUTRINO with a worked out game.
