SATURDAY 11 JANUARY Alexander Hamilton -- Born 1757 1964 11th day - 355 days to come
At the Laurence's played 2 hours of AIRLINE and then I broke it up. The girls were not cooperating at all. Phil and I started a game of FOCUS but stopped it to eat.
Later thought of a possible method of shortening a game of AIRLINE. A player can buy 2 hops at each city visited, if available. Must try this out.
Rcd. 19 patents ordered 12/17/63.
(cont. from 1/9)
for making a non-vulnerable game; & 500 points for
making a vulnerable game.
In playing the tricks the cards are not played
to the center but in front of the player (as in
duplicate) so that the honor points can be counted.
Only high card points are counted. The opponent's
of the side with the greater number of points
get a bonus as follows. Vulnerability is off the
side taking the bid.
