Got new ideas for CONCENSUS. Use only 24 blocks
and arrange them in an open square around
a 5 x 5 bingo layout. All players markers are
placed on this layout so that there is no need for
checking against mistakes. Votes are whether to
move 1, 2, or 3 blocks along the path. There are
25 cards numbered from 1 to 25. These are dealt
out 5 at a time and the colors represented by the
block voted for place markers on the numbers of the
cards in order. After deck is used, shuffle and
continue until someone completes a line.
