Rcd. an order for 4 copies of FOCUS from California.

Trying out CHAIN REACTION, trying different starting
positions to eliminate the necessity of the starting
limitation (see 6/30). After experimenting I found that
even if the first player did this his position was really
no better than his opponents. The limitation is there-
fore not req'd.

Seroy's son and his cousin were here with the
game BIG LEAGUE MANAGER. The two of them and Dana
played ACQUIRE while I looked at the rules. Then they
played a little of a game so I could see how it worked.
They left the rules for me to study further.
Eliot also mentioned two other baseball games -
STRAT-O-MATIC BASEBALL & APBA BASEBALL. Will bring
me brochures for all three games.
All three of them have complete lines of sport games.
