Wednesday 3 March 1965
Ash Wednesday 62nd day - 303 days to come
Wrote answer to Fr. Daniel.
Sent FOCUS booklet to City of Eau Claire. Told them I could
probably get them copies from Whitman.
At B&N bought DECISION EXERCISES IN MARKETING by
Arnold Corbin & George Blagowidow. Contains 6 games used
for taching [sic] marketing. Told about it by Warren Buell.
Looked at but did not buy POLYOMINOES by Solomon W.
Golomb. Contains no game applications at all.
Filed a book review for THE GAME OF DOSTOEVSKY by Samuel
Astrachen in Misc. Games Folder.
(Contin. from 3/4)
After further thought on HIGH BID I believe there were
these calls [strike out calls] cards: -
1 set of 6 - - - 6
6 sets of 4 - - - - 24
6 sets of 3 - - - - 18
8 buyer's cards - - - 8
56
Then dealing 8 to each player would leave 24 to play with
or 7 would leave just half.
Larry also said that 3M was adding 3 more games,
making a total of 8.
