Thinking of new ideas for AIRLINE. To simplify the computing
take all hops as the same value buying or traveling, except
the double line hops in the east could count as two.
also to make the amounts a little more realistic the following
values might be used.

Franchising a hop - $200.
Cost of traveling on a hop - $10.
With border to border line - $20.
with coast to coast line - $50.
With nationwide line - $100.

Starting amounts would have to be geared to these
figures.
