Rcd. [received] letter from Bernice V. Gunderson, Professor, Education Dept. [department], Southwest State University, Marshall MN56258; inquiring about the price of AGOG.

Working on model for CAN'T STOP. Decided to change it so that the movement is up in the columns to a space called "top," instead of "goal."

Call from Felicia. I believe she told me about the CAN'T STOP model coming back from M.B. [Milton Bradley] today, rather than yesterday.

Called Michael Tabak to check whether it is O.K. to plan on a vacation at the end of August. He is almost positive that the trial will not start in August.
He asked if I rcd. [received] the revised draft of "answers to plaintiff's expert-witness interrogatories." No.
