23 Sunday - July 1978
Tenth Sunday After Pentecost - 204th day - 161 days to come

At garage sale in North Pelham bought the following: Small Japanese puzzle - TRY YOUR PATIENCE (10¢); bag of 7 plastic animals (25¢); small plastic box (5¢); 8 hinged acrylic cubes from Museum of Modern Art (free because BB figured how a yarn winder worked and the woman decided to keep it).

On "60 Minutes" saw pc. [piece] on BACKGAMMON - a rerun.

Call from Claude. Spoke about day trip on 8/4 - they'd like to make overnight but we have wedding next day. He was thinking of contacting G&R about WATCH. Told him that last time I saw Reidel he said that all their games were dying.

During day finished the board for CAN'T STOP and packaged it.

New broadcast (on Channel 4, I believe) had item on Bertell Ollman being turned down in Maryland. Also mentioned CLASS STRUGGLE.
