At Dr. Schwartz, preparatory to plane flight to Chicago, "he was very insistent that my book be called BEYOND COMPETITION, and he hated BEYOND RIVALRY. He also insisted on calling {Vincent K. Murtha [telephone number] who is a specialist on office & business management. He is also sold on the original name. He wants to meet me, altho I tried to tell him that the games were not that profound. But he insisted and we arranged for him to come over 9:30 tonight. Later he cancelled and we set it for next Thurs. [Thursday] at 2 in the afternoon. He wanted to see me before I went to Chicago but I said that I just couldn't manage it.

Call from Phil Orbanes. Altho they like THE RIGHT WORD they decided that 1978 is too soon for Ideal to do a word game. Maybe the year after. They are also not going to do WIRETAP - too many imitations of MASTERMIND coming out. He'll come here on 3/30 to return them to me, 10 A.M.
