"Play Room" gives rules for TRIPPPLOMINOES (played with TRIPPPLES pieces), FOURTH DIMENSION, DIPLOWINN, DOUBLE JUMP, NIMCROSS, and some ideas on DUNGEONS & DRAGONS. "Competition Report" on STOCKPILER. Article on game invention by Eric Solomon. "Across the Board mentions [illegible words crossed out] E. M. Avedon's "Museum and Archive of Games"; TIME Mag. Using my hex graph paper made a layout for SOLAR SYSTEM. Tried it with an overlay. Dealt out cards until a trip from one planet to another could be made. Cards not used are "wasted fuel." Must make trip with a set number of times thru the deck. 3 seems easy. Later thought of possibility of a special penalty for wasted cards - possibly count 10 points for a deal of the deck plus 1 point for each wasted card, and allow about 40 to 50 points.
