Hanukkah, Festival of Dedication - 352nd day - 14 days to come

Yesterday forgot to look at game by David Parlett. Called Fabio and made date to go there Tues. at 4 to look at it, also to bring him the rules for the four games.
Call from Bob Gellman. He is going to have pictures taken tomorrow of the "Game Rug" and asked if I'll be home in case there is a question on how a game should be set up.
They are going to prepare a mold for making their own "pawns." The ones they have been selling are bought from another source, and these are bought by many game companies. He'd like something more elegent [sic] and asked if I could look thru my games for samples. He promised to take good care of them. I'll bring some in Tues. at about noon.
Spent an hour or so and came up with the following: From Zerox exhibit in basement - white; from STOCKMARKET (on 62) - small green; from RATRACE (on 66) - large green; from PAYDAY (on 71) - yellow.
Call from Gene Harmon [address and phone number]
He and an associate have invented a game called OLIGOPOLY. He'd like me to look at it and give my opinion, and also suggestions for a company that might be interested. Told him that there was only one company in the U.S. that does adult games - A.H. He asked who look to contact there and I said that was my agent's stock in trade. He understood
Arranged that he'd send me the rules and a picture of the board. Told him that I wouldn't return them. I will send him my comments off the top of my head. But it may take some weeks.
I asked, and my home was given to his associate by Ron Weingartner; they are acquainted.
