Called Steve Curtis in Anaheim. He rcd. the copy of BAZAAR and likes it but internal problems will delay a final answer for a month. Told him I had an advanced version. No date to get together to discuss other product.
Called Lew Herndon in Anaheim. Secretary told me he was in San Francisco today. Said I'd try to be in hotel today at 3, and would definitely would be there tomorrow morning at 10. (Didn't make it back by 3, but no note from him. Also no call tomorrow.)

Jerry D'Arcey and Alice picked us up. Drove thru San Francisco and then across bridge to Sausalito. In game store bought PAYDAY (Barker) for $10.50. Looked at WATERQUAKE - a imple satiric election game. Can't remember any details: They took us for lunch at Spinaker Restaurant. Then back to hotel. Will speak tomorrow about our going to Sacramento Saratoga.
Jerry and Bill Mini have found someone to put up about $25,000 to manufacture games. They will start with YIN YANG and TOP DOG and possibly with INHERITANCE. Also in the line will be THE IMPUZZABLES. Jerry has been selling these on his own and netting about $4,000 a year.
Cadaco may take another GAME of Hans Goldschmidt's. Parker didn't take anything that he showed them.

(cont. from 8/29) [8/28]

Dick used the material I sent him (see 11/17/75 and 11/25/75) on a radio program.
Jerry & I told Dick about playing his game Thurs. [thursday] He agreed that the GAME would probably play better with multiple jumps.
Jerry said the Bill Dohrmann told him that SMESS will be re-issued. Jerry & Alice have some HANAFUDA cards, but no rules. I promised to send repros [reproductions] of the book GIMMI 88.
Jerry might be interested in republishing BEAT THE BORDER and asked me to send him their address.
