JUNE 1976 - FRIDAY 25
SACRED HEART - 177TH DAY - 189 DAYS TO COME

Remembered that we had another date for 7/2 and called
Phil Orbanes. He'll call me Monday to set a new date.
Jules Cooper doesn't want to mention "Gambling" at all, so the
cards will be called "Good News Gazette" - which is better I also think.
[Illegible crossed out] I said (I'm pretty [sure?] that this was today) that I'd like
to give Jules Cooper a copy of BEYOND TIC-TAC-TOE, but I'd like
to give it to him personally. Phil suggested having Jules,
Charlie Leicht and possibly some others here to see my
collection and to give it to him then. Probably it will be after I
get back from my trip in August.

Rcd. letter from I.R.S. that my local office would contact me soon
to set a date for an interview.

Mailed the BEYOND WORDS contracts back to Fabio.

Finished the sheet for TOLSTOY and BB got 15 repros for me on
Boston Rd. Played two games (4 rounds) with BB and we
both liked it a lot. In one case the "Russian" player was
blocked from reaching the "French" player and I limited the
French player to 5 more words. Later realized that the
Russian could deliberately block himself at the start of the
game, so I'll let the Frenchman get as many points as he can.
Originally I gave one point bonuses for a word with J, K, or V
and two points for Q, X, or Z. This was too much so decided
to reduce it to 1 point for J, Q, X, or Z.
