In connection with <u>Phil Orbanes</u> telling me about gimmiks (see 5/3) [illegible crossed out] started thinking about an old idea of
mine. Each player has three magnets, colored red, white, and blue. With finger on blue magnet, push white, to push red. Four raised identical paths lead to a center pit. First to push their red magnet into the pit wins. Action <u>GAME</u>.
Call from <u>Carl Eisenberg</u>. He wanted to "pick my mind" concerning a company that might be interested in taking over "Gamut of Games" - either for anactual takeover or to use the interest to raise more financing. I said that unfortunately companies were going out of business rather than expanding. He asked me some questions on Aladdin and I said they were quite active in licensing overseas. He asked who was in charge of games there and I told him someone new that I haven't met - <u>Kirk</u>. He also asked who was above <u>Tom Shaw</u> at A.H. Told him <u>Erik Dott</u> - also that A.H. has taken over so many things, that I doubt whether they could digest more now. <br>
I asked about the game <u>CARTELS</u> that Phil told me about. He has a copy, but since he intends to sue he can't let me have it. He will run repros for me tho. <br>
Told Carl that I had picked up copies of <u>PUZZLE TOWN</u>, <u>SURPRISE ATTACK</u>, <u>STRIKE IT RICH</u> to review.
Called <u>Felicia</u> [illegible crossed out] service told me to call 929-2777 - which turned out to be <u>Herb Rotrh</u>'s number.
<u>Felicia</u> said that she doesn't want the <u>Scott</u>s to get any further into her business. Even tho Joe Scott prepared the contract that I witnessed the signing of, her lawyer says that it is all on her side.  <br>
Felicia has a date set up with <u>Dick Conner</u>. They may do interesting things together. <br>
She told me of her trip to Ideal yesterday. She and <u>Alan Newman</u> showed his game <u>ROCKY MOUNTAIN PROSPECTOR</u>. It has a verticle gimmik with beads going down to determine strikes. <u>Jules Cooper</u> told her that they had <br>
