December 1975 - Sunday 7
Second Sunday in Advent - 341st day - 24 days to come
At a bazaar in White Plains bought a package of 5 x 3 colored index cards for
15¢. With Edith's help got 3 packages of 6 x 4 colored index cards for
$1.00.
At bazaar in New Rochelle bought a game WEIGHT WATCHERS CANASTA
for $1.50. Also a book on science experiments for 15¢ and
SCARNE CARD TRICKS for 10¢.
Noticed that there would be a program on TV on the "Patent Office."
Called Claude. Not in and left a message about it. Watched part of it
and it wasn't very good.

details earlier this year. Alan is making some changes in the model. (M.B. turned this down.) THE CIRCUS, by Alan. Putting together 10 acts for a cirus [sic] by bidding (I believe) for cards with the acts. Two separate paths (or maybe it was three) from "small town" to "big time." When land on a town, spin a trapeze gimmick which feeds out three colored balls - al- ways the same three- which gives the returns for each act according to its color. There is a fourth color act which doesn't earn any money, but does count in filling in the ten required acts. (very rough idea.) (Told Felicia that this and MASTER SPY are at least as good as the things P. has been doing.)
