said that it didn't sell. He thinks it is a great idea, however, and
next year they are coming out with another game of a similar nature.
He asked if I have heard anything about the SPECTACULARS, and the "other
project." No on the first, and not much on the second.
He'd like to look at some of the games in my collection and get repros
of some of the rules. Among them - SCOOP (P); PARK & SHOP, the original
version, it is still in the M.B. line but a simplified $2 version;
DRAGNET (Transogram), CALLING SUPERMAN (Trans.)
He had an old game in his office - which he had sealed in a
shrink wrap or something like it: THE LINDY FLYING GAME. He
said it was an inferior imitation of TOURING. It was put out
by Nucraft Toys - Wakefield, Mass.
He still has hopes that THE 6 PACK -- will sell packaged indivi-
dually. He said that they made a mistake in using the green on
the box and for all the pads. It is not a color that attracts
attention (which BB said as soon as she saw the box).
I asked if it would be O.K. to use FINANCIER in G&P. Sure,
as long as credits are given.
The article on me in SALES MANAGEMENT magazine was where
he first learned about me. (How did this come up?)
He plans for next year:
