<br>Horn feels that rules for games, both mass market and simu-
lations, don't give the flavor of the game. He thinks
that they should be written in much greater style and length
and then in codified form for reference.
<br>I told him that I try to make my rules more readable,
but that the manufacturers cut them to the bone, some-
times making them ununderstandable. He was surprised
that manufacturers don't give inventors a final look at the
rules before publication.
