October 1975 - Wednesday 22
295th day - 70 days to come

Rcd. a letter from Roger Verhulst thanking me for having BEYOND TIC TAC TOE sent to him. Enclosed a review of the book that he sent to NEWSDAY (on L.I. [Long Island]). They have used some of his reviews in the past - but there is no guarantee.
To Post Office on White Plains Road to send the folllowing:
Small packet to Walter Luc Haas with EL ALAMEIN, DREADNAUGHT (with S:Move pad missing), MUSKET & PIKE, and FOXBAT & PHANTOM.
VECTOR to Walter Luc Haas. Clerk said this could also go as small packet.
TANGLE to S.K. Howard with $10 insurance. ($1.06)
ACQUIRE to Bob Brass with $10 insurance. ($1.06)
BEYOND TIC TAC TOE to Jerry D'Arcey. ($.29 - I believe.)
The copy of ACQUIRE I sent to Brass has same rules as on the latest copy.
Claude called to tell me that he had bought me a copy of THE EXECUTIVE STRATEGIST.
Called Claude in the evening. The date is on at their house for 10/31. He contacted Earl and he will be there. Due about 7 for supper.
Claude heard from Wald, but didn't invite him. Wald has another job. Howard Wexler is more or less the development man for a small outfit putting out games connected with the occult. Wald did 4 GAMES for this company. Wexler said they were good games but "not quite right for the company."
Call from Vincent Grissino. He can't make it to Felicia's at 3:00 tomorrow, to show me his version of SHIFT. Arranged to meet him at S.P.I. about 4:30.

(cont. from 10/19) [10/23]

She rcd. a letter from Keith Tuggle confirming what she heard from Ken Michaelson about her only getting $325 for the 3rd quarter royalties. She hopes that Keith doesn't have any later info, and that the figure is way off. (Me too!)
