She'll send me a carbon copy to check and I can get any com-
ments to her within two weeks. She'll also send me the copy
of <u>MARIE-CLAIRE</u>.
<br>Called <u>Barbara Weinstein</u>. The Blowup of <u>VASARELY</u> was shipped to
Bloomingdale's. In fact everything is there, except that she is not
sure whether Bloomingdale's will supply the cardboard. I said I'll
bring some. She'll call me Thursday or Friday morning to make the
final arrangements.
<br>Call from Alice of "Gamut of Games". They tried to get a copy of
<u>A PLAYER'S GUIDE TO TABLE GAMES</u> but couldn't find one in the city
and Stackpole promised to send one - but didn't. She wanted the
plug about <u>CARTEL</u> (and <u>ACQUIRE</u>). I read <s>her the following</s> her
the final paragraph, as she copied it.
<br>Rcd. a letter from <u>Marek Penszko</u>. He'll send me the translation
of <u>FOOTBALL</u> and the other information in his next letter.
He asked about <u>HALMA</u> and <u>CHINESE CHECKERS</u>, mentioning
<u>Martin Gardner</u>'s column.
He hasn't rcd. <u>AGOG</u> yet. He sent me another of Lech Pijanowski's
puzzles - <u>LABIRYNT</u>.
