Call from Jay Peterson. He was checking on how I was doing with the rules for THE HARRY LORAYNE MEMORY GAME. Asked if next week would be o.k. Sure - and he'll call me next Tuesday. I asked, and Harry Lorayne should be back in town by the end of this week.
Got the game diary completely up to date.
Started letter to John Gollon.

Call from Felicia. She rcd. the money for the DAISY article and will mail me my half.
She had the inventor of SHIFT there, who wants her to try and revive it (for her usual $100 fee). He said that Kontrell ruined the game and didn't pay his royalties.
His name is Vincent Grissino.
He saw my game INTERSECTION and mentioned that it was some- thing like SHIFT, I told Felicia that there were other games with sliding blocks, before either of ours, she agreed. Also the objectives in the two games are completely different.
2nd call from Felicia. Grissino is bringing in his version of SHIFT tomorrow and would like me to see it. Told her I couldn't come tomorrow. She said to come in some other time to see it and I said probably next week.
The people in West Virginia (??) like SPEED DASH!! and will give her an answer by Dec. 1.
In the first call I told her about the problem I found in BALI - Ed Schifman, the new rules to written, etc.
Also told her that Ed said that TRIPPPLES, BARRIER, and TOTALLY are doing best. She hears this from Shep Bently.
Told her that Ed wants to show me their new games - and that he wants to look at FOUR ARMED BANDIT. O.K. with her. Asked her about showing him RED LETTER. She'll think about it.
Call from Claude (actually he was intending to call Anne). Told me a little more on DIABOLIC SQUARES. Told him I'd tell Fabio in my Nov. meeting.
