Letter from manufacturer of <u>1829</u>. Mentioned <u>KINGMAKER</u>. They will not
try to sell in U.S. until next season. Will send me first revue
copy they send over.

<br>Call from <u>Art Tuite</u>. When he was in Rochester (I believe) he had
something to do with a <s>rep</s> columnist who might contact me on
doing a column on my collection - <u>John Czarnecki</u>.

<br>Call from <u>Claude</u>. Cooper Union has an elementary course in "Commercial
Art" starting tomorrow. It cost $15 for 10 weeks. Claude is going
and asked me to join him. Would like to, but too short notice.
<br>Looking at <u>THE WAY TO PLAY</u>. They claim more than 2000 games. A few
that are a little new to me: <u>ASHTA-KASHTE</u>, <u>ALLEYWAY</u>, <u>HORSESHOE</u>,
<u>PLAKATO</u>, <u>GIOUL</u>, <u>CHINESE REBELS</u>, <u>RINGO</u>, <u>CHECKERS GO-MOKU</u>,
<u>CONQUEST</u>, <u>BRAX</u>, <u>HALMA SOLITAIRE</u>.
