Call from Bob Abbott with invite for BB and me to visit him in Fire Island overnight. Declined with thanks. He is not satisfied with Philmar's production of EPAMINONDAS and is thinking of putting it out in the U.S. himself. I tried to talk him out of it. [This actually happened on 8/11.]
Call from Felicia. She has a date with the DAISY editor next Tues. and would like to bring my article. Told her I'd bring it to her in time- probably this Thurs. Started writing the article on CHECKERS VARIATIONS. Called it let's play "Let's Play a New Game." Rcd. material on THE FAMILY CREATIVE WORKSHOP - including a release Rcd. card from Steve Wilson. He'd like to get a copy of THE 6 PACK OF PAPER & PENCIL GAMES.
Bob Abbott said his divorce he is divorced but he still has the same telephone number ---- 989-2321.
Finished picking out the pictures for QUICK TRIP and started lay- ing out the board, using 3/8" contact punchings.
