<br>Call from <u>Bob Abbott</u> with invite for BB and me to visit him in Fire
Island overnight. Declined with thanks.
He is not satisfied with Philmar's production of <u>EPAMINONDAS</u> and is
thinking of putting it out in the U.S. himself. I tried to talk him out of
it. [This actually happened on 8/11.]
<br><s>Call from <u>Felicia</u>. She has a date with the <u>DAISY</u> editor next Tues.
and would like to bring my article. Told her I'd bring it to her in time-
probably this Thurs.
Started writing the article on <u>CHECKERS VARIATIONS</u>. Called it let's
play "Let's Play a New Game."
