Called <u>Bob Reiss</u> and he called back. Told him that I didn't like clause 9 of
<u>THE HARRY LORAYNE MEMORY GAME</u>. He said to cross it out. I asked about the
advance. The $1500 was sent to <u>Harry Lorayne</u> and I'll have to check with his
business agent - a Mr. Cogan in the Empire State Bldg.
Bob is in a hurry to have the contract signed. Arranged date tomorrow
at 3:00.
Called Cogan after getting telephone number from information [phone number].
Spoke to secretary. Nothing can be done until <u>Harry Lorayne</u> gets back at
the end of the month.
<br>Call from <u>Felicia</u>. Told me that she rcd. her 2nd quarter statement from 3M.
<u>ACQUIRE</u> is the big one - doing better than <u>IMAGE</u> (which she heard
was doing very well - before). The total is $1,880.25 (which means
$1410.19 to me compared to last year's $1381.90).
3M is finally returning <u>HIGH BID</u>. Larry and Pearl may put it out themselves.
Told Felicia that I'd bring her the check tomorrow. Asked, and she wants
it made out to <u>Felicia Parker O'Neil</u>.
<br>Since <u>Fabio</u> was supposed to call me tomorrow, I called him. Made date to
go there Weds. at 11. I asked if it was for lunch and he said make
it at 12, for lunch. He'll have <u>Barbara Weinstein</u> meet with us to
discuss the presentation at Bloomingdales.

Herb said he might be interested in handling S.P.I. games. I told
him that <u>Jim Dunnigan</u> was the one to see and that mentioning
my name would neither help nor hinder. Felicia didn't think
it would be right for him.
I rememberer [sic] that I had a copy of <u>S&T</u> &#35;51 for Felicia.
Gave it to her and they both looked at it a little.
Herb said why didn't I come up with a game that he could
manufacture and sell. I tried to pin him down on the type
of thing he'd like, with no success other than that it should
be in the $10 range.
