Call from Felicia. She was taken to lunch by Jack Waldvogel of
the "Fred Atkins Organization." He purchases games for some 50
dept. stores. He was interested in learning about games and she
told him about my S&T column. She wanted the address and sub.
price. Gave them to her but warned her that my column in much
too short. She reminded me that she'd like a copy to have on hand.
She said that she pushed the Aladdin games with Waldvogel.
He complained that he had difficulty getting BALI (I think she
told me this).
I told Felicia that I ran into Bud Thomas yesterday and that he
is probably going to be around today. She's thinking of con-
tacting him - but most of her dealings have been with
Shep Bently.
Made a drawing of the ZODIAC STAR CHESS board - to send to S.K. Howard.
By U.P.S. got a copy of the finished BEYOND TIC TAC TOE. With
a short letter from Fabio Coen.

Wrote to Mr. Rodimach. Mentioned DARN CLEVER, FREE FOR ALL,
and FOREIGN INTRIGUE.
Wrote up "Find the Lie" Variation for DARN CLEVER and
enclosed it on a separate sheet.
Called Fabio Coen to thank him for the copy of BEYOND TIC TAC TOE,
at present he doesn't even have one for himself.
I brought up the matter of the next book - whether another
book with tear-out sheets is wanted. Yes - unless I have
other ideas. Not at present, but I'd like to discuss the
idea of tear-out sheets for solitaire "Game. Also I have to
get together with Barbara Weinstein. He'll call me on 8/5 and
we'll set a day for both.
Before falling asleep thought of the name FUN FOR ONE as a
working titled for the next Pantheon book.
