Call from Harry Lorayne. He asked if I have had any dealings with
Manny Lefkowitz lately. Told him that I dropped in and that Manny
told me he was waiting to hear from Harry's lawyer. Harry said that
Manny has been stalling them. He keeps promising to call back but never
does. Harry asked me if any other company would be interested in
THE HARRY LORAYNE MEMORY GAME. I told him that things are very
tight at present, and I suggested that Harry should give Manny a
time [illegible strikeout] ultimatum. Harry said that if that didn't work he
might put it out himself. He asked if I had any ideas for selling a
game. I said that I knew some reps.
He gave me his number in case I learn anything. [drawn bracket] Harry Lorayne

When Ron Weingartner didn't call by 11:30 I called him again and got him in. He said that he hadn't had a chance to get together with the others to work out the E.S. Lowe line. Told him about my changes in FOUR-ARMED BANDIT and he said he'd take these into consideration in their discussions. Told him a little about DARN CLEVER and said that I would be glad to drive to Springfield to show it to him. He said to wait until he has a chance to see where they are heading. He'll call me when he knows.
