Rcd. an envelope with a plastic base for holding a cardboard pc. with a note saying that Bob Gellman says this part is available in any quantity.

Ralph Betza gives info for following a XIANG QI game in Chinese. Ad for CONQUEST, with a new $2 set.

To Stationary Show.

- To Felicia's booth to tell her about FOUR-ARMED BANDIT and Ron Weingartner. He already saw her and told her there would be an answer in 3 or 4 weeks. She gave me ad sheets for PUSHOVER, BARRIER, TOTALLY, INTERSECTION. Alice McElhone visited Felicia. She is not happy with TRIPPPLES being discounted. She has started a small ad agency.

RUMMIKUB is now priced at $15. It's not moving. Felicia is not happy with the box the artist she recommended came up with, but Moses and Sol seem satisfied.

- Invicta. Took MASTERMIND "Story" folder. The gal gave me a review copy of PRESSUPS. (Box a little beat up, but otherwise o.k.) This is the same game as BASIS 10. She also gave me rules for ZONE X - rough but complete.

- Gameophiles. Ran across Felicia there. Peter Yaspin, who did COLORATION, is a new client of Felicia's.

- G&R. I ran across someone from there (who knew me altho I didn't recognize him) who said that I should look at the new pad & pencil games they were handling. Did and they were just standards.

Ron Sokolec of Franklin Merchandising was there and we had a very pleasant talk. Gave him a copy of S&T #47 column with KGB and THE GAME OF NATIONS. He will send me copies of FACE OFF and LAND GRAB. He said that RATRACE was their best seller; he thought that PAYDAY was a knock off of it but I said it was different - and not nearly as good. He is thinking of someday putting out a humorous monster game, something like the movie "Young Frankenstein." However he doesn't want to do anything that would hurt Bob Gellman's CREATURE FEATURES. I told him that I'd see the picture and to contact me if he ever wants me to work on such a game.

- ALPSCO. Nothing new.

- Straus'. RGI games were listed as being there, but they weren't.
