Rcd. a letter from Keith Tuggle about ACQUIRE and my letter to Rehm.

Call from Bob Gellman, with Wald on the conference call. Bob is interested in putting out a line of "20 minute games" - packed in a 5" cube and (I believe) retailing for $3.00. He suggested a meeting of him, Wald, Howard Wexler, and me. I said how about Claude Soucie who had the idea for "Coffee Breaks Games" in the first place. Bob decided that maybe he won't have everyone together. Instead he made a date with Wald (& Wexler?) this Wednesday. I will go there on 5/21 at 3 P.M.

I called Bob back with the idea of thanking him for the WASHINGTON check. He was on a long distance call and called me back. I thanked him.

He brought up the "20 Minute Games." Some weeks ago Wexler brought him quite a few of them to look at and come he thought many of them were great. Bob said that, altho Wexler didn't say who invented them, he didn't give the impression that they were all of his invention. He presented them very well.

He said that Wexler had shown him DRAGON, and then Wald wanted to take it back - which Bob didn't think was right.

He wants me to look over the games he gets from the others and then supply more that fill in the gaps.

Called Claude and told him about my talks with Gellman & Wald. Also discussed his vacation in Canada, and what he should look for in the way of games.

Working on FOUR-ARMED BANDIT equipment. BB typed the rules.

Reworked the rules for RUMMIKUB, getting part way thru the "Special Hands." Called Felicia (since I didn't hear from her concerning the time to get together tomorrow). Got the answering service & left message for her to call back. Didn't.

In my conversation with Gellman & Wald I got a telephone number for reaching Wald. Wald Amberstone - 833-8192.
