Rcd. a $100 check from Bob Gellman for my work on WASHINGTON.

To Felicia. Returned the material on CHIPPER and told her it wasn't worth looking into. Showed her the RUMMIKUB listing in International Toy Fair booklet. Fixed the broken tower in the SPACE BOXES model.

Moses is the plastics expert and very knowledgeable. He, Sol, and I played SPACE BOXES and Moses understood it immediately. They liked it and took it with them to cost out etc. I told Moses that I could supply a simpler set of rules for children.

I showed them EVEN WORSE and HABITAT. They liked them but Moses felt that he shouldn't tackle too much at one time. Showed them PAIR OFF and played one hand with Moses. He took it and will try to come up with a set that sells for $1.00, as Felicia suggested.

Herb Roth in and they discussed repackaging, etc. of RUMMIKUB.

She was supposed to hear from Barry Shapiro concerning a date to look at POP-SHAPE-AND SHATTER. It didn't come while I was there.

I brought up FOUR-ARMED BANDIT and showed Felicia how it worked. I suggested that if there would be any better chance of having it for the '76 line, I would drive to Springfield to show it. She called Ron Weingartner. He was in conference but the secretary said he'd call back.

While waiting for the two calls to possibly come I went to "Gamut of Games." Phil Orbanes wasn't in. I left the sheet with the SOLITAIRE SLY puzzle. I told the secretary that I wanted to talk to Phil about the writing I was supposed to do for him - that I had run into a problem. She said she'd have him call me.

When I got back Felicia asked how much I got as a
