8 TUESDAY - APRIL 1975
98TH DAY - 267 DAYS TO COME
Call from Earl Perel. He asked if it would be legal to use the mechanism of DON'T BLOW A FUSE (which P. is still considering) for another game to submit to another company. I told him that I wasn't sure whether it is legal - but it sure isn't smart.
Made tentative date for him to come here for supper next Weds. I'll call him tomorrow, after checking with BB.

Call from Laurie Horn. She works for The Girl Scouts and they are starting a game session every Weds. from 12-2. She asked me if she should check with the one in charge about my coming down to lecture, etc. Sure, and I thanked her.
2nd call from Felicia. She heard from Bob Johnson again (the last call was interrupted). She is being removed from the retainer she's had since 1965. (I told her how sorry I was and she said she'd just have to work harder.)
Bob said that they would keep all of the games they have under contract until the time runs out. Felicia told him that after that she'll want some quick action or a good piece of additional holding money. She said that she can sell RED LETTER in 24 hours (which we both know isn't so). Her lawyer is drawing up a contract for all her new clients to keep them from double-dealing on her.
She picked up JACK POTS 6 from M.B [Milton Bradley] in very good condition. I told her of my idea for a GAME with a little bit taken from JACK POTS 6. She said that they don't want to look at a re-do. I said that I completely realize this and that I would concentrate on a game that was fun!
She spoke to the head of Gabriel. At present she they don't know
where they going with Kohner.
Alan Newman just returned from Florida (which is probably why she had me go to Edu-Cards) and sends regards to me. He is also concentrating on selling to M.B. [Milton Bradley] - where the money is.
