6 SUNDAY - APRIL 1975
FIRST SUNDAY OF EASTER - 96TH DAY - 269 DAYS TO COME
Finished the board for THE WINNING TICKET. Rewrote the first page of the LOTTERY, with the new title. BB typed this.
Wrote rules for TOGETHERNESS and BB typed them. Made a new box top for TRAVELINE and BB retyped the rules, since they were creased and also I could find a record of them. Also copied info on the cards and dice.

dice.
The player who has captured the most dinosaurs when the deck is exhausted is the winner. In case of tie, reshuffle cards and play until one more is captured.
Ike and Jeff liked this but said it would have to be done by the company (don't remember which) that had the molds for the dinosaurs. Felicia said that she spoke to the company, but they wouldn't look, since they are working on a game themselves.
- We didn't bring my HEX-MATCH or SPACE BOXES. Felicia called this morning to ask about them, when she saw that she had a big box of stuff. I told her never mind.
- She shoved the crayon ball and other similar arts items.
I asked Chodak about getting review copies of FOURTHOUGHT, TAKETEN, STANDOFF, WORDFORWORD, and CATCHPHRASE. He gave me his card and said to write at the end of this month.
Chodak said that we should get an answer on the items he is holding in about a month. He also, in answer to Felicia's question, said that their present games are doing well - for a new line.
Before went to Edu-Cards Felicia showed me a sheet, which
looked something like a patent form, with a CHECKERS variation.
The board is 8x8 with the alternate spaces marked
with circle and squares. Each player has 12 circular and
12 square men. Each must stay on spaces of the proper shape,
but can jump sideways or forward over an enemy piece of
another shape. captures are compulsory. A piece stops in the
king row to be kinged. I believe that a king can move
in all 8 directions Probably a king must also remain on
its own shape - but I am not positive about this GAME.
On way back from Edu-Cards Felicia got pretty angry at people like Claude and Wald, who work behind her back. She didn't mention me, but I got the overtones. Aside from this, the day went fairly smoothly.
I asked, and she told me that Parker is still considering Alan Newman's LONG DISTANCE and Western still has THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE and HARDHAT (the card version, I believe), the other having been returned.
