APRIL 1975 - THURSDAY 3
93RD DAY - 272 DAYS TO COME

To Leonard Willett for my taxes. Later went to Dollar Savings and found out that Leonard had goofed and I had to make self- retirement deposits within the calendar year. It was too late for 1974. Called Leonard and he checked with his bank. They confirmed this.

He asked how much he had charged last year and I said $90. He said to make it the same this year.

In New Jersey stopped at one game store where they had some of my 3M games. At Toys R Us they had about ten MACARTHUR, 1 PATTON, and about 3 HOLIDAY. Also some 6 PACK ---. Neither place had any Aladdin games - not even TRIPPPLES. At Toys R Us bought 4 sets of very small DOMINOS, for $.38 each.

Started drawing a new board for THE WINNING TICKET.

ical Row." Can stay as long as want, except as follows. 2nd player in is V.P. and collects the same. Third player in moves V.P. to President, and President gives half his fortune to third in, and moves to "Poor House." (What happens if a player is the third in by being "bumped" in?) Player A player must have the req'd amt of cash to gamble. A player not able to pay a bumping debt pays the cash he has and returns to "Poor House" with $300 from bank. First to get $1,000,000 wins.

I suggested eliminating the first side of the board to speed up the play and to get rid of $10 and $50 bills. I also suggested increasing the collection from other players, and the bank in the two corner spaces.

Dave showed me his solitaire with the TREFFLES deck. Use the full 75 cards. Lay out five face-up cards. Turn cards from deck one at a time. If one matches two areas of a face-up card it is placed on that card. Unplayable cards are placed in a face-up pile - the top card of which can be must be returned to the layout whenever two sec areas match. When a "prime" (a card with all three areas the same) is placed on a pile, play or the pile stops. However if another prime goes into the discard, auxiliary piles can be started next to each prime, the first card matching two areas in the prime, and these can be used as long as prime is in the discard. A card can be moved
