FEBRUARY 1975 - MONDAY 24
ST. MATTHIAS, APOSTLE - 55TH DAY - 310 DAYS TO COME
Called Felicia to tell her of the call from Eric Naiburg. (see 2/21). Also that VECTOR & CARAPACE were selling in Europe.
Neither of us mentioned the hassle of 2/18.
She heard from Enio Racinelli. He is in a new company - "Gammon Games" - with Steve Curtis, who is the inventor of AIRPORT. (I assume that they have taken this back from Reiss.) They will be looking for new games during Stationary Show, and are particularly interested in a business GAME.
In the PUSHOVER rules noticed that one of the digrams was very misleading. Called Ed Schifman to check whether this had been corrected (a missing tile in figure 2). No. He'll take care of it. As soon as the 20,000 copies originally printed are gone it will be corrected. Told him about the problem with the solitaire, but he didn't want to worry about that now. He said that he'd send me some info concerning changes in INTERSECTION.
Later call from Ed Schifman. He is adding a Yellow (Y) tile in the necessary position in figure 2.)
Call from Fabio Coen with some questions on the manuscript for THE ART OF GAMES.
Finished indexing the 1974 game diary.
Called Claude to tell him I had patched things with Felicia.
