Received 1099 form from 3M for '74 - $15,640.96. (checked out O.K)

Call from Felicia. She didn't receive her 3M report yet so I gave
her the bad news. She did receive the IMAGE report and it
was about the same as last year,

Wrote the rules for MIRO, including 2 illustrations.

Call from Fay to change date with Fabio Coen to 3 P.M. on 2/5.

Started making a new set of PROFIT cards with my ideas of 2/2,
after listing a set-up for the cards.

(cont. from 2/4) [2/5]

He'll send me copies when it is printed in a week or two.
Al Zygier came in while I was leaving. He showed me a
TENNIS game that he is working on, in which the players and
the ball actually move. Told him that it looked interesting
but that I'd have to look at it another time since I was rushed.

To F.A.B. and Terry Seymour's office. No one there.

To S.P.I. Spoke to Redmund and he'd like my next column in 2
weeks. He said to figure on about as much room as in
S & T #48 (of which I took 4 copies) and this somewhat more
than half a column.
Took 2 copies each of WORLD WAR THREE and SEARCH & DESTROY. Took
1 copy of FRIGATE.
Howie Barasch gave me 6 letters from readers. Borrowed a copy of
SIMULATION GAMES Magazine.
To Fabio Coen. He read the rules for VASARELY and then we played
a game - which I won 25 to 10. He had trouble with MIRO and
so did Janet Townsend, who joined us. I'll add some explanation.
Discussed what I have to do for the artwork.
Promised Fabio to have the 7 games all written up by 2/14 and the
diagrams by the end of Feb, or the 1st week of March. It is
necessary so that the book will be out by Sept.
He showed me a jacket design with the name
