JANUARY 1975 - THURSDAY 9
9TH DAY - 356 DAYS TO COME

Called Bob Gellman to ask about ROMMEL. Out of town and left message with secretary.

Called Jerry D'Arcey to tell him to call me when he knows something about Kathy - who he learned last night was in hospital for tests with adbr abdominal pains. He called in evening. Definitely no tumor.

Called Fabio Coen. The contract is being readied. Told Fabio that I have a new MIRO and also VASARELY. Gave him my suggestion that a double amount of SPRINGER be included. Maybe.

Asked about the reproducing - whether I can do MIRO in pencil. He had [drawn bracket] Janet Townsend [drawn bracket] 572-2343 call me back. She would much prefer [illegible strikeout] for me to make all the drawings in ink, and the proper size. Did a little with the contour pen and I think that with some practice I'll be able to do o.k.

Call from Redmund. My column had to be cut. Took out EVENTS and, at his suggestion, BATTLEWAGON SALVO GAME.

Call from Bob Champer about ROMMEL. Told him to call again on 1/22.
