Call from Claude. HASBRO seems to like Wald's "Rip-Off" GAME but is in no hurry about setting up dates. Wald asked Claude's permission to try for a royalty on it instead of the extra $3,000, if they take it. Yes.
I said that I haven't seen the HASBRO games around, but Claude said that he had, in places like Gertz, etc. Also they tell him that the games are selling well.
Made tentative date for 11/20 for Claude, Anne, and Mary Ellen to come here.

Call from Fabio Coen. It looks like they will be doing THE ART OF GAMES. Date next Monday at 10 to discuss it.

Letter from Walter Haas. Dale's Phil brought me another repro of the MONEY article I got on 12/5.

Called Claude in evening about the date on 11/20 (Dana will be using car then). They have something else and we set it for 11/27.

tiles in 4 colors, each color designating a Quadrant. There are 16 [drawing of board] tiles for each quadrant, as shown for 1 in diagram. 2 to 4 play and each starts in the outside corner of one of the quadrants. Using cards they draw a destination quadrant other than their start. More than one player may have the same destination. Play is similar to TRIPPPLES, a players direction being one of the 2 under the previous player's marker. When the previous player cannot move, the player
