Call from Robert St. Cyr. That deal fell thru. The mysterious company is going with a more juvenile game, but Bob doesn't know what it is. Explorations will probably go bankrupt, but hopefully some friends will be able to buy BIGWIG at the auction and keep it alive.

Bob will be here on 11/6 in the morning to return LOTTERY, AIRLINE, FREE FORM, TRAVELINE, PAIR OFF, SPACE STIX, SPELLBINDER, and TAM-BIT.

Wald called. He and Claude would like to come here this coming Thursday to test their two rip-off GAMES. Invited them at 6:30.

Rcd. a letter and a game BATTLEWAGON SALVO GAME from Lou Zocchi. He sold at least 200 ALIEN SPACE because of my review.

Howie had a game from "Game Designers' Workshop" (don't remember the name). There were ad sheets for some of their other games and I made repros: TRIPLANETARY, CORAL SEA, NARVIK, EAGLES, CHACO. (The game was TORGUA.)

Jim Dunnigan finally gave me the game OBJECTIF EPARGNE. The other French game has disappeared.

Took a copy of PATROL. Also a copy of BAR-LEV by Conflict, which S.P.I. is now selling.

Took 6 copies of S&T #46/ The game is COMBINED ARMS. "Outgoing Mall" mentioned the following games as upcoming: WORLD WAR THREE, WOLFPACK, GLOBAL WAR, SIXTH FLEET, DREADNOUGHT, FREDERICK THE GREAT, THE INVASION OF GERMANY, THE ISLAND WAR. Completely revised editions of the following are upcoming: CENTURIAN, PHALANX, ARMAGEDDON, DARK AGES, RENAISSANCE OF INFANTRY, COMBAT COMMAND, RED STAR/WHITE STAR, RIFLE AND SABER. the results of the non-wargame feedback listed the first 25 games as following: CHESS, GO, STAR LORD, RISK, ACQUIRE, EXTINCTION, SHO-GI (JAPANESE CHESS), MONOPOLY, LENSMAN, 4000 A.D., FEUDAL, MR.
