OCTOBER 1974 - THURSDAY 24 UNITED NATIONS DAY - 297TH DAY - 68 DAYS TO COME

Called up Bob Gellman to check if he had to have the info on WASHINGTON and WEEKEND IN VEGAS tomorrow. No. In fact we set the date for 11/5 at noon.

Sent the repro of the INFLATION rules to Ralph Anspach.

Called Phyllis Melhado and arranged to go there Monday after 2:30 P.M. to pick up CONTIGO and EVENTS.

Called Felicia and I'll bring the FOCUS games to her Monday at 10:30.

Rcd. a letter from Norman M. Arkawy of ZZIZZ. He returned my check and said it is the same game he sent me last March (which I never rcd.).

Rcd. a letter from Graeme Levin. He has forwarded my Nelson copies of AGOG to me. He asks for copies of the U.S. Toy Trade Mags. Encloses rules for GOLDRUSH (Seven Towns).

Bought 22 packages of 5x3 lined index cards at Pathmark for 25¢ each.

Annie Soucie called to get info on storage boxes for Frankie. Claude is getting together with Wald today to try out Wald's Rip-Off GAME. The way Anne understands it, Wald will wait until Claude's game is evaluated by HASBRO. If it is rejected, he will submit his - with no split if it is accepted.

Tentative date for 11/7 or 11/8.

"Publishers Central Bureau" booklet had 4 pages of "Adult Games" including, among many other items, 1776 (D.D.I.), YUCATAN, KONANE, TA KAI, TABLUT, COMPATABILITY, I.Q., LIE, CHEAT, & STEAL, THINK TWICE. (Filed in '74 Misc.)
