Rcd. a booklet on RAILWAY RIVALS signed by David Watts.

Brought a copy of FITTING & PROPER to the Karlans for a Weir get together.

Looked at it and noticed that the rules call for putting the pegs in at random!! Putting them thru holes in the pcs. is given as a variation.

Felicia called Bob Johnson. he was busy, but he called her back shortly. He said we'd have to fight him to get FOCUS back, and that he expected to have an X'Mas present for us in 4 or 5 weeks. He sounded quite enthused.

He said that they realized that they had made many mistakes and will learn from them. They will send rules for the games to the inventors for approval. I told Felicia about what I discovered in FITTING & PROPER. She said to be sure to tell Bob.

She showed me the ANTI-MONOPOLY article from yesterday's TIMES. Nothing in it that is new to me. Herb Roth is interested in being a rep for for ANTI-MONOPOLY and Felicia sent a letter in his name, before she knew that I had spoken to Anspach.

M.F. Dunlavy sent her a letter concerning his game, BLOCKADE 4. Felicia had me read it. It didn't say much, but I told her it might be worth asking him to send the rules.

Incidentally, Bob Johnson's title is now:- "Production Development Manager - Games, Leisure Products."

She is dealing with Lynn Pressman and with Al Stack because Alan Newman is very anxious - although Felicia doesn't really trust them. She returned my Pressman catalog.

To. S.P.I. Howie Barasch gave me a letter from [drawn bracket] John W. Berry He is a fan of my S&T column and AGOG [drawn bracket] 7117 Cecil #12 Mentions FOCUS, PATTON, REALM, CARTEL. [drawn bracket] Houston, Texas 77025 He'd like rules for PORT OF CALL. He has some GAMES, including one called MERCURY TO THE ASTEROIDS.

Made repros of the game INFLATION.

Jim Dunnigan and some others, including Dave Isby, looked at INVASION: SICILY and had a laugh over it.

Gave Dave Horn the copy of INFINITY I took today. Dave gave me a display case and two plastic "tubes" his prospective son-in-law brought from the store he works in.
