From England received rules for HARE AND TORTOISE and ELECTION X.

Called Leonard Willett. Told him about making more than last year -
Came to the conclusion that I should send in $500 more for the
estimated payment due 9/16.

Called Fabio Coen. Started on a vacation today - for 2 weeks. Told
secretary (not Fay) that I'd call when he gets back.

pay off the gang wins. if a player runs short of money
he can borrow $10,000 but must pay off another $15,000.

This was more interesting than Claude's game although,
since it was late we didn't complete the game. I ran
into the problem of having "controls" in 3 different
"rackets" but never landing on any of them. Wald agreed
that something should be done about this.
During evening BB brought out TOTALLY (without the box)
and we played a little of it. Bobbie liked it
and, I think, Wald did too. Later showed the complete TOTALLY and
INTERSECTION to Claude.
