Finished a letter to Don Turnbull (and BB typed it). Mentioned ALBION, ATLANTICA, ACQUIRE, AGOG, HOLIDAY, PATTON, MACARTHUR, MYWORD!, BRIDGETTE, REALM, TRANSFORMATION, FITTING & PROPER, THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS, RAILWAY RIVALS, PENINSULA WAR, and SLEUTH.

Rcd. a letter from Desmond P. Spittlehouse (thru Random House) who is an AGOG and ACQUIRE fan. He wants the name of a patent attorney and since he has a GAME idea. Also would like to send it to me for comments and suggestions on marketing.

Wrote to Bill Rawlings thanking him for NON-CHESS GAMES and saying that they will be in S&T. Mentioned GAMES WITH PENCIL AND PAPER, and FELIX AND ROVER.

Wrote to Gini Scott. Mentioned THE CONNECTION, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING, ROAD MAP, TURNABOUT, HOLIDAY, PATTON, MACARTHUR. Sent her Vic-Toy and Franklin Merchandising Co. catalogs.

At a bazaar bought 55 packages of 6"x4" blank index cards, 50 in a package. 10¢ a package.

Told Phil to send a set of the p&p games to Don Turnbull as soon as they are out. We may still be able to get in the last ALBION (#50). (He'll call for Don's address.)

Both THE GOOD EARTH and THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN look very encouraging. It is mainly a matter of negotiating the flat fee.

Took a ream of grey blank 8 1/2" x 11" paper.

On TV saw an ad for TV FOOTBALL (Coleco). It seems to be a board for placing bets on what kind of play will come up in a TV broadcasted game.

Played 500 RUMMY and CASINO with dad & Ilka.

Felicia called during day and spoke to BB. She was "very sweet." She sent Bob Johnson a "lawyer's letter" demanding that she be told exactly what is happening to each game. She rcd. a quick and polite answer promising all the info by the end of the month. 3M is returning Alan Newman's p&p games (all of them?) but my contract is going thru.

Rcd. a letter from Frank Thibault. Mentioned Jerry D'Arcey, AGOG, 3M, CONTIGO, G&P, PLOY, Frank Armbruster, Hallmark, Alex Randolph. Wanted info on selling games abroad.

Rcd. "Notice to Licensors" on RIGHT CONNECTIONS and FITTING AND PROPER, from Hallmark. Copy to be signed and returned.
